# Privacy

Short version: what you type stays in your browser.

## What you enter

All four calculators work entirely in your browser. Measurements, prices, dates and moisture readings are never uploaded, and the site makes no network requests with them.

## What is stored on your device

- **Woodpile log** (seasoning page): saved in your browser's local storage under the key `cedarwhisper-piles` so it is there next time. Use *Clear all* on that page, or clear your browser's site data, to delete it. *Export CSV* saves a copy to your own computer.
- **Preferences**: your colour theme (`cedarwhisper-theme`) and unit choice (`cedarwhisper-units`).

No cookies are set by this site.

## Analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to the pages. It counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites, and it never receives what you type into the calculators.

## Links to other sites

Links to sources, sister sites, CleanTempMail and WebTraceCheck are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that site's own privacy policy applies.

## Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here. Last updated 30 October 2026.
